How to Submit a Parade Entry

We are thrilled that you would like to join the all-county Orange Christmas Parade held at 4:30pm on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023! This year's theme is "Winter Wonderland."

Please follow the steps below to submit an entry on/before Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Thank you for your interest in being in the 2023 Christmas Parade! Registration for the parade is now closed. See you in the audience this year and in the parade next year!

If your organization would like to be represented in the parade but is not in a position to enter, please consider becoming a parade sponsor.

1. Review Participation & Judging Information

2. Complete online entry form (or download printable version here)

3. Submit entry fee
$30 for for-profit entries; $20 for non-profit and individual entries; Free for government offices & first responders
